Our BRRN Boxing Fitness sessions combine boxing inspired workouts with high energy fitness training to improve your endurance, strength, coordination, and confidence. No experience needed, just bring good vibes and be ready to work.

What to expect:
🥊 Pad Work
Boxing drills focusing on punch combinations, technique, speed, and accuracy. A fun way to build confidence while getting your heart rate up.
🔥 Fitness Circuits
A mix of bodyweight exercises and conditioning drills designed to improve overall fitness, burn calories, and build strength.
💥 Bag Work
Put your combinations into practice on the punch bags. Work on power, endurance, and technique while releasing stress and having fun.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have boxing experience, every workout can be adapted to suit your ability.
